- We love dogs and cats however this cottage is not suitable for pets, so unfortunately no pets allowed.
- The exterior access of the cottage has a ramp and steps up to the entrance.
- There are no other hidden cost. Our costs include linen, towels, gas and electricity. However, we reserve the right to charge for any excessive cleaning or breakage charges.
- The property has a single off road parking place.
- The property is strictly non-smoking.
- A deposit of 1/3rd the total cost is required by cheque at the time of the booking. The balance is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should you cancel the deposit will be returned if the accommodation is re-let.
Booking process
Step 1 - Check the calendar on the avaliabilty page for available dates
Step 2 - Request a booking via email or by telephone
Step 3 - Once you have received confirmation of availability you will be required to pay a deposit
Step 4 - Once the deposit has been paid you will receive confirmation of the booking
Step 5 - You will be required to pay the balance of the payment 4 weeks prior to arrival
