River Cottage is a recently built modern cottage, offering a high standard of comfort. It is beautifully furnished, spacious bright and cosy. We have an internet connection and WiFi available for our guests.

Exterior
The rear of the cottage has a pretty, waterfront south facing patio garden with table and chairs. Allocated off road parking for one car at the front of the cottage.
Ground floor
A fully fitted high quality kitchen with table and seating for four people. Equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fidge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier.
A large downstairs cloakroom and WC.
A large bright sitting room with wonderful views over the River Arun. Access to the patio garden, right on the river with garden seating. Two double sofas, occasional tables, large screen TV and freeview and internet router providing Wifi.
Upper floor
Bright Master Bedroom with balcony overlooking the River Arun. Double bed, large built in wardrobe and bedside tables, reading lamps and alarm clocks. En suite shower and WC.
Second bedroom with distant views of the Cathedral. A single bed with a full size pull out bed underneath. The room can accommodate 2 adults, however 1 adult and 1 child (or 2 children) may be more comfortable.
